Exclamation Applying in diff. dept. if already in Govt. service

Sir, I would like to know that , if a person is in Govt. job (say Scientific Assistant Group 'C' under probation) , and he applies in a diff. dept. of GOI(For Group 'A')
WITHOUT THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL, and he clears the recruitment test.

Then , will he be allowed in the interview ?

And if he lies(don's show his current job in the interview) and his parent dept.
comes to know , then what disiplinary action may takes place?

    Dear friend
You cann't hide your current job. What will you reply when interviewer asked what was you doing during this time and don't forget there is a procedure of C&A verification before joining the govt. job and your lie will easily be caught then. In that case your new appointment will be cancelled on the ground of wrog submission of facts and it will not be enough since disciplinary action as deemed fit will be taken against you by your currect employer. Now decision is yours.
It would be better if you submit the facts to your current employer and submit your resignation there. In this case your past service will not be counted but you may get NOC from current employer.
If you are going to join a private/MNC then you can hide your current job. Take a decision after great thinking. Don;t hurry since it is question of your future.
