Default Full parity with post-2005 retirees

It is understood that a case with No. 3529/2015 has been filed in CAT. Any one having update in the matter could indicate the same. People like me would be interested to join and contribute their bit in that regard.

    Default isn't it post 2006 ?

    isn't it post 2006 ?

by the way, the 7th cpc has given a recommendation that all past pensioners are entitled to 50% of the notional pay. I think, the government would take this route to avoid paying arrears.

As is clear from Mr. Soodeep's post the matter is before CAT. As such now CAT has to decide legality or otherwise of the reluctance/avoidance on the part of the Government .

The matter must be with reference to the 6th CPC. As the 6th CPC was implemented with effect from the Ist January, 2006, hence post-2005 and not post-2006. The 7th CPC has already recommended full-parity with effect from the Ist January, 2016.
