I have applied for the same.I received a reply that they will send it to me in another few days.I will have fun reading the gradings and other funny recordings of the so called seniors assessing my performance. My family and relatives will have fun.to know how a premier institute runs and makes listless recommendations.Dr Goffman (US Nuclear scientist)pointed out that in such organisation there will be uncivil obedience. This is fitting in USA.But in India it will be fun after all.Retired and satisfied with the meager pension many find the western model getting funny looks as the accompanying health and other problems outweigh the so called taxable benefits..MACP may well be biggest fun for me as there is no expectations now.
FCS.....LOOks rediculous and that is enough to tell youngsters to be relaxed if they get below average APAR gradings.. nothing is lost.but the grip of the boss is less..SO MORE ENJOYMENT
