    Default da on tour

    employees have option to be governed by old ta rules as a package for the entire tour.

    for new ta rules;

    food - on production of bill; in train you can obtain a signed receipt from the vendor

    local conveyance: on production of bill or signed receipt by driver mentioning name and vehicle number

    Thumbs down Local Transport - Claim regarding

    Dear nsdev007,

    For local journey on tour, claim can be made whenever expenditure was incurred either by hired vehicle or own vehicle within the rates prescribed in the new Govt. Notification of TA rules(and within the limits based on the entitlement a function of grade pay). The bill or voucher or receipt is not mandatory, as it comes under mileage allowance.

    For claiming the fooding expenses, food bill is mandatory as of now.

    (Note: Railways are not providing any receipts)
