Default non disclosing of previous services

one of my friend recently joined state PSU after quitting job in central PSU but he has not disclosed his previous job at new place. in the attestation form he has mentioned that he was not doing any job, will this cause any problem in the future and how to correct it now.
    please reply.

Your friend need not worry if he has not done anything illegal during the previous job for which police comes asking for him/her or some kind of fraud which has any criminal liability. Other than that there is no reason to worry. Only thing is that he/she won't get any benefits like counting of experience of past service, transfer of benefits etc. in the new PSU.
