    Question increment on promotion

    IAAD has merged and upgraded SO (6500-10500) &AAO (7450-11500) with effect from May 2009 by awarding 9300-34800+4800 (corresponding to 7500-12000) from 1,1,2006 . the person got promoted between 1.1.2006 to may 2009 has not been awarded with an increment and the promotion was treated null and void. The perdon obviously not get 13950+4800 on 1,1,2006 but stepped up to that who were promoted to so between 1,1,2006 to 31,08,2008.
    Recently association argued to cag on that matter.
    please share your views and any knowledge on that development.
