There is an option of creating a data base in MS Excel and creating a form or a report in MS word using the Excel database. When I tried this mail merge option, decimals i.e. 0.1, 0.2 etc created in excel becomes 0.10000000000000000000000001 or 0.20000000000000000000000001 in the word format (report/form). Can any body guide me to overcome this.
