    Default Pensionable or non pensionable

I was recruited in the Central Govt.service in the year 2000. If I was selected in staff selection commission exam now and joined in another post giving technical resignation, will I get pension at the end my service ? or I'll be treated NPS employ? Please reply urgently.

If that service is treated as continuous one you must get pension. In case of break and then starting a new service things would be different.

    Dear Gopal Sir,

what is the meaning of break in service? is it suspension? or dies non? I had taken only EOL without pay for 15 days once in my service.

    Awaiting for your reply

IF there is a break in service the previsous service does not count of any purpose not even for seniority or pension.
