Angry Compulsory Medical Tests Every Year for Group A Officers

I heard that recently Government of India has made a rule that Group A officers of GOI are to compulsorily undergo various medical tests every year and the details to be submitted in their APAR. I believe Govt is also reimbursing the cost of these medical tests subject to applicable cieling. I would like to know is this facility extended only to Group A officers. If so does the Govt think that only the well being of the officers in Group A services is important? Why this facility is not extended to all GOI employees? Is the staff side associations/federations taking up the issue with the Government? Kindly give some input on this.

dear member the total cost for the said annual health check up is limited to Rs. 2000/- per officer whereas no hospital/ Govt. Hosp. did not agree to do the same with the ceiling of Rs. 2000/-. and the annual health checkup is compulsory with APAR. Self is facing the problem and would be unable to submit the APAR.
