Default Salary Certificate and Salary Slip

    Sirs,

Please let me know whether there is any rule specifying a minimum spell of time between issuance of two Salary Certificates. Also inform who is empowered to issue Salary Slip whether the DDO or the concerned Pay and Accounts Officer.

    regards

    beno

    Default issuance of Salary Slip

I don't find any time gap between the issuance of two salary slip.. In fact an official is eligible to get salary slip on each month..
Moreover Salary Slip/Certificate may be issued by the DDO themselves and not by the PAO..,

Thank u Mr. Rajesh, Salary Certs and Salary Slips are 2 different matters, I just wanted to know whether there is any specified minimum gap required between issuance of 2 salary certs.

Since Salary Slips are given with the salary there can't be any specified minimum gap between issuance of 2 salary slips. Kindly also let me know who can issue the salary slips?

    regards

Thumbs up Who will issue salary slips?

Salary slip will be issued by the DDO and not by the PAO..( for this too I replied in my previous thread)Since DDO is drawing the salary for U..., the responsible of issuing salary is lies with the DDO

Salary certificates, when issued for the purpose of loan, surety etc makes an obligation on the DDO to recover such amounts from the salary of the employee concerned. Hence DDOs may restrict salary certificates involving financial commitment based on the salary of the employee. There should be no restriction on salary certificates for other purposes.

Normally the certificate will end with a sentence "This certificate is issued for ____________ (Purpose i.e. for loan, surety, claiming reduction in internet chargers etc). Hence, I feel there is no time gap if salary certificate is issued for different purposes.
