    Default Hra clarification

    Whether a Govt. Employee, who refuses to accept an alloted accomodation will be barred from receiving House Rent Allowance? If so for how long ?

    Please clarify

    Please let me know the HRA applicable to cities classified as 'Y' in view of the Office Memorandum No. 2/5/2014-E.II(B), Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure

    20% (Vide Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure) OM No 2(13)/2008-EII(B) dated 29.08.2008 on Basic Pay & NPA, if applicable).
