    Default APAR Grade of 8.00 Very Good or Outstanding??

    In my APAR for the year 2010-11, I am been given an overall grade of 8.00. Will it be taken as Very Good or Outstanding?

    APAR grade of 8 or more is outstanding.
    APAR grade between 6 but less than 8 is very good.
