    Default Query reg HTC

Is prior intimation is mendatory in case of HTC. Can the claim is admissible if someone had given prior intimation but wrongly declared the another place of visit upto where he wants to claim the fare. In the claim form he mention that from declared place to home town he used his own conveyance and not claimed any fare for that. Our head office has rejected the claim due to the reason that prior intimation is mendatory in case of LTC/HTC and the claimant had written another place of visit in the previous intimation form and the another revised intimation form was filled up after performing the journey. So claim is being rejected. please clarify whether the rejection of our office is correct or not.
