    Default can any body tell something about my problem _______deputation allowance

    I am central gonernment employ and joined in 2007 in PB-3. now i am on deputation to France on public intrest from date may2010.
    I want to know that am i eligibal for deputation allowance or not? if yes what r the rules?

    Kindly clarify whether you are deputed to Indian Govt organisation or foreign Govt

    actually i m on deputation for a government project in france. and i m drawing salary as per my post form government of India. sir if i m eligible for deputation allowance then please tell me some reference based on witch i would be able to claim for above allowance.

    In that case you are coverted under the term deputation/foreign service and you are eligibel for 10% of your basic + grade pay

    but can u tell me any rules,office order or reference on which bases i can claim this deputation allowance.

    my admin are telling that i am not eligible for deputation allowance..
    can any body give me some reference so that i can claim?

    Dear G_Connect Members:-
    Please give me some office order or reference for claiming deputation allowance in my case.
    One more thing i want to know that in my deputation case, am i eligible to get HRA (as per post in india) even i have got rent free accommodation.

    dear sir
    i have searched lot on internet about rule position in respect of deputation-duty abroad. but i could not able to get any material.
    so can you give me some internet link or soft copy of the document or some reference from where i can get, in this regard.

    You are not eligible for 10% deputation allowance as per OM dated 17.6.2010 (http://persmin.gov.in/WriteReadData/...t.(Pay-II).pdf) since this OM is not applicable in cases of "Deputation to posts operated outside India".

    Your case will be covered under the orders relating to Deputation/Delegations abroad. This is available as an appendix in FRSR Part-I.

    so can you tell me from where i can get "FRSR Part-I" and preferably in soft format ?

    FR&SR is available in all Admin Sections and even in Govt. libraries. The same can also be procured from Book Stores like Jain Book Depot. Unfortunately it is not available in soft format
