    Default MACP clarification

A Customs Officer joined on 25.03.1986 as Preventive Officer (GP - 4600 as VICPC). Got his adhoc promotion on 03.08.2000 as Supdt. (GP - 4800). Got regular promotion on 30.03.2002 as Supdt. (GP - 4800).
    My points:
1> Will he get 1st ACP on 25.03.1998 after completing 12 yrs of regular service, w.e.f. 09.08.1999 to 29.08.2000 (upto adhoc promotion).
2> Will he get 2nd MACP on 25.03.2006 after completing 20 yrs of entire service, w.e.f 01.09.2008.
3> Will he get 2nd MACP on 03.08.2010 after completing 10 yrs of service in PB2 GP - 4800 (adhoc promotion).
4> Will he get 2nd MACP on 30.03.2012 after completing 10 yrs of service in PB2 GP - 4800 (regular promotion).
5> What will be GP after MACP.

He will get ACP-I on 9/8/1999, MACP-II on 1/9/2008. The GP after grant of MACP-II will be Rs. 5400 (PB-2).

He is eligible for 1st ACP with effect from 9-8-1999. His pay has to be revised from 9-8-1999. He will not be eligible for 2nd MACP since he would have got two promotions; on 9-8-1999 and 23-09.2006. He is eligible for 3rd MACP to the GP of Rs.5400(PB 3) with effect from 23-09-2016.
