Question nps contribution not reflected in NPS account

My Nps contribution were being deducted from salary regularly. After completing 2 years and 2 months i was selected again in govt. job of higher scale. I joined new job by tendering technical resignation. My PRAN also transferred to new PAO jurisdiction. But around 15 months entries that are related to my previous department period are not reflecting in my PRAN account and my PRAN account was come under the jurisdiction of Zonal account office.
Now, Kindly suggest me, what i do for transfer of my contribution into my PRAN account. My present PAO said that it would be done at previous PAO level.

Kindly suggest me solution for getting my contribution in my PRAN account.
