    Cool APAR form

    Mr. Aneesh,

How are you and where are you?

You must be aware that the APAR form for LDC/UDC and Stenographers have undergone some revisions. Are you?

If you want them, go to the site of my department (address given by me earlier) and take it from there.

    Regards

    RKR

    Sir,

Namasthe. Thank you for your enquiry. I am fine. It is assumed in our office that APAR is applicable only to CSS staff and not extended to central autonomous bodies. We followed the same old ACR for the current year. What is your opinion?

Anyhow I will take the formats from your office website.

    Thanking you and with regards

    Aneesh

    Default Apar form

Central autonomous organisations are free to develop their own system subject to condition, it should be more or less similar to central government emploees(.) therefore to avoid any dispute most of the central autonomous organisations follow central government pattern

    Mr. Aneesh,

I do not know about its applicability.

However, my department has sent the orders with instructions to implement it from 01 April 2009 and we are doing it.

No idea whether it is beneficial or not - At times it is better not to know what is written about us while at times it is embarassing to know that our superior has appreciated us and continue to be working with him.

Any way, we are just following department's instructions.

    Regards.

    RKR
