Default MACP date in special case

    Dear friends,
There are cases where juniors have got promotion prior to the seniors despite eligibility of seniors. The new MACP scheme only talks of 10, 20 & 30 years. I feel that the seniors in such cases (after completion of requisite period) should be given MACP and hence pay fixation from the date of promotion of junior or 10 years, whichever is earlier. This should be done in order to prevent undue harassment of such seniors who loose their seniority after promotion of their juniors. I also request my friends to forward this matter for representing it from the staff side, in anomaly committee meeting(JCM).
    Expecting your comments.
    With regards
