    Hi, i m a govt employee and i want to apply for home loan and need your kind advice.
    I am earning 15.7k pm in hand and i am 28 years old . I need home loan to construct house and i need to know how much loan i m eligible for and where i can apply at and at what rate .

    The best way to know that whether you are eligible or not to get a loan is to search it online. There are many websites available on Internet which provides a feature to calculate the loan and its interest rate for the number of years you want to take loan.

    First you take house building advance and then create a second mortgage

    But problem lies where banks do not want to advance on the basis of 2nd mortgage.
