TAKE A WALK Every day and be healthy.
Now a days more n more people are going for walk either in morning or evening. But many of them waste the benefit of such walking by chatting through out the period.
One must always keep quiet and concentrate on breathing while having a walk.
Never try to jog without expert opinion if any one has back problems.
Play ur fm radio / mp3 in low volume if u use one while walking.
