Dear Sir, Kindly clarify in the foll. 2 cases : 1. An Official appointed as Foreman on 15.2.77 was promoted as Cons. Asst Gr.II on 22.8.03 in PB-I + 2400. He was granted 1st ACP on 9.8.99 in PB-I + 2400 & 2nd ACP on 15.2.01 in PB-I + 4200. In Oct 02, he was suspended & was revoked in April 03, treating the period as non-duty period. He is due for 3rd MACPS from 1.9.08. Will his 3rd MACPS be postponed by 6 mths, taking into a/c the non duty period, or since he has completed 30 yrs on 15.2.07 itself, but is to be granted the 3rd MACPS only from 1.9.08, will there be no postponement of the MACPS ? 2. An Official appointed as Sr.Epigraphical Asst. on 7.5.83 was granted 1st ACP on 9.8.99 in PB-2 + 4200 (in post of Asst.Suptdg.Epigraphist) & granted 2nd ACP on 7.5.07 in PB-3 + 5400 (in post of Dy.S.E). He has become due for 3rd MACPS from 7.5.13. Is he due for upgradation in PB-3 + 6600 ( S-19 scale) or in PB-3 + 5400 ( S-16 scale) ? With regards, Anitha Nair.
Sir With warm wishes! I worked central organization in the scale of 9300-34800 (5th pay commission scale 5000-8000) from 1 January 2001 to 12 March 2007 through direct recruitment. (6 years 2 months service) While working with the above institute I applied for the same post, same pay scale as mentioned above in one of the central university through proper channel. I got selected and I applied for lien. But my old employer did not sanction lien and asked me to submit technical resignation. I tendered technical resignation. They relieved me on 12.3.2007. I joined new central University on 14.3.07 and still working there. Will my previous service in central department is calculated for MACPS in new organization as I already completed above 12 of service without any promotion. dear sir, I am working as a Postal Assistant in Department of Posts, India since 20.04.1999 with educational qualifications of M. Sc (Physics) and M.Phil. Due to my qualifications I have applied so many jobs both scientific and administrative jobs through my employer i.e. Superintendent of Post Offices. In this connection I have received so many interview calls, but due to the local trade union politics, I haven't relieved for the attending the examinations and interviews, more over I haven't relieved for promotion test of Inspector of Posts Examination three times also. How I can take legal action against the error officials? The rule position may be given? I need the help from the members that rule position of CCS rules and what type of legal action will be taken against the officials? Can I get any compensation for such torts committed by the Department officials? Please clarify the matter with all details .

Please let me know the following: i was in the pay scale of 5200 - 24500 grade pay 2400 (16th feb 2000 to 05th Jan 2010) in the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Goa (2) in Aug. 2009 there was a vacancy in the pay scale of 9300 - 34500 grade pay 4200, i had applied through proper channel and got selected. (3) subsequently, applied for technical resignation and relieved on 5th Jan 2010 and immediately on 06th Jan 2010 joined in Hyderabad which is also an autonomous organization, Ministry of Earth Sciences (for both the organizations are under the same ministry and GC-Chairman is the same). (4) Am I eligible for increment in July 2010??? Dear Mr. Rao, In this case the person had already earned two promotions between 1988 and 1997 and is placed in the scale of 12000 corresponding to the grade pay of 7600 in PB-3. Having completed more than 10 years of regular service in the grade of 12000/7600 as on the date of inception of MACP Scheme, the person is eligible for upgradation to grade pay of 8700 in PB-4 (37400-67000) w.e.f.01.09.2008 subject to fulfillment of ‘fitness’/bench mark of ‘very good’.
