Dear Sir, One of my friends was working as Group D peon before 1-1-2006. After the implementation of the 6th Pay Revision he was redesignated as MTS. Now the office authorities has asked him to do the work of cleaning Office including toilets. This work was assigned to Safaiwalas before 1-1-2006. Is he bound to do such work which was not contemplated while he was recruited. Please give guidance. Benedict
Dear Sir, I would be thankful if you can clarify the following I have joined servive on 01-May-1987 in the scale of 4000-6000. There has been no promotion since then. I got 1st ACP of 5000-150-8000 scale w.e.f 01-May-2000 (this is the next scale in my organization) Later I joined a post of 5500-175-9000(GP 4200) on 03 July 2007 under direct recruitment in the same organization. As I have applied through proper channel, I have tendered Technical Resignation to my earlier post. I was holding 4200 grade pay in my past post. on a whole, I have been in the Grade pay of 4200 since May 2000 till today Am I eligible for 2nd MACP of 4600 Grade pay wef Sep 2008? Dear Sir We the stenographers in the open line are always used to get promotions only on merging on scales. Hence this time we were lucky enough when VI thPC recommended for Gaz status on Gr.4600 as on par with Rly. Board, but we are yet to receive any favourable orders from the concerned Ministries. dear sir,I am working as a Postal Assistant in Department of Posts, India since 20.04.1999 with educational qualifications of M. Sc (Physics) and M.Phil. Due to my qualifications I have applied so many jobs both scientific and administrative jobs through my employer i.e. Superintendent of Post Offices. In this connection I have received so many interview calls, but due to the local trade union politics, I haven't relieved for the attending the examinations and interviews, more over I haven't relieved for promotion test of Inspector of Posts Examination three times also. How I can take legal action against the error officials? The rule position may be given? I need the help from the members that rule position of CCS rules and what type of legal action will be taken against the officials? Can I get any compensation for such torts committed by the Department officials? Please clarify the matter with all details .
Dear sir ,,happy new year,,,,my problem is just a unique problem,,,,pl help me with rule and authority on [email protected] With due respect, I have been selected through ssc 2003 batch and joined in Fund Cell, PCDA (WC) , Chandigarh on 09.03.2005 and left the department on 10.11.2008. I was selected as Inspector in Central Excise, Delhi through proper channel and joined in central excise on 11.11.2008. Later on, my juniors have been promoted as Sr. Auditor from 30.06.2009 vide order dated 17.07.2009 but this order has been amended vide dated 16.06.2010 under which all the auditors of SSC Batch -2003 were promoted from 01.04.2008. About my query, the department replied that you are not borne by the strength of this department on 17.7.09 & 16.06.10 and hence you were not promoted but i was on the strength on 01.04.2008 from which they promoted others. Hence my promotion as Sr. Auditor became due on 01.04.2008, Thanks

Clarification regarding joining time sir, One of my collogue work as PRT in Kendriya Vidyalaya & promoted as TGT(BIO) through limited department Examination on . She posted from another place from present posting place ( present posting place was Sawai Madhopur & Posted to Kendriya Vidyalaya Karauli (RAJASTHAN) .At the time of promotion she was on maternity leave up t 21.12.2010 ,she applied for extension of joining time due to maternity leave but inspite of them DDO relieved her in absencia on 25.10.2010 .She resumed her duties on 22.12.2010 after expiry of maternity leave . She shift her family on 15.01.2011. She applied to credit unavailable joining time of 10 days to her service book but KVS authorities denied to credit them to say that she has relieved on 25.10.2010 so your joining time cover in the maternity leave , please clarify me that in such condition what is the rule postion .

Subordinate engineering cadres include holders of diploma in engineering (as mentioned in the recomd of 6th CPC, Engineering Service, clause no. 3.4.5, page no. 186) Is there any Government order regarding the above mentioned recomd? Kindly provide me or help how will I get it? 2. Fifth CPC had recommended that all posts carrying minimum qualifications of diploma in engineering should be placed in the pay scale of Rs.5000/-8000/-. while this recommendation was accepted(mentioned in the recom. of 6th CPC, Engineering Service, clause no. 3.4.7, page no. 186) If the above recommendation was accepted so is there any Govt order regarding the above mentioned recomd?
