Sir, My query is:- I am working in BSNL as SDE. I was recruited as JTO in DOT in 1995 & absorbed in BSNL. I have completed 20 Years of service in DOT & BSNL. I am drawing salary in E-4 scale with basic about Rs. 42000 in IDA pattern. Please tell me If I apply for a post which has lower basic e.g. PB-3 of CDA through proper channel. what will be rules applicable for me regarding VRS from BSNL & joining at new organisation. New organisation is also an autonomous institution under ministry of HRD. what are the rules for pay protection & other related issues. R.K.Gupta
