My Junior in Scientist B post is getting more pay then me even though she has joined in lower post of RA after me and having identical post throughout. I have joined CWPRS, Pune on 25.02.2004 and she joined on 01.03.2004 in the post of Research Assistant (Engg.) however she was at higher rank in the merit list at lower post. Subsequently, I got selected for the post of Research Officer in CWPRS through Direct Recruitment under UPSC selection and joined as a Research Officer on 23.01.2012 and she joined as a Research Officer on 06.07.2012 after subsequent UPSC direct recruitment.Please clarify i should get stepping up of pay

Orders for resolving such issues where Level changes but no fixation was granted earlier under MACP, are yet to be issued. We will have to wait till such time orders are issued. Victor
Sir,Namaste.I want one clarification. X got 3rd MACP in Nov-15in PB-2 GP-5400,his pay fixed on that date.Later in March-16 X got promotion to PB-3,GP5400.Here his can not be fixed as he already got MACP only benefit if any in pay can be given as per MACP rule. In 7 th CPC his pay fixed basing on the pay of 31.12.15 in level-9,for promotion in March his pay setted in Level-10 by giving corresponding pay of level-9.As usual annual increment given in july-16.I hope it is according to rule only.BUT LOCAL PAO IS NOT ACCEPTING THIS.As per MACP rule Gp5400 in PB-2 is different and PB-3 is different.What is benefit for Group-B to Group-A promotion.What is the correct procedure here.please send the mail to my mail Id:[email protected] you
Dear Victor Sir, One of our employees went through angioplasty in Sept-12. He started taking treatment from the AMA and the same was reimbursed to him. On enquiry with our headquarters, it was stated orally that the treatment over a period of 10 days from AMA can be reimbursed if a certificate from the AMA is obtained stating that this requires prolonged treatment. The same was obtained. Subsequently, an audit was conducted in our office where the audit team orally pointed out that a certificate may also be obtained from the CMO on the same lines of AMA to continue reimbursement to the official because the period was above 10 days. The certificate from CMO was obtained, where it is stated that these medicines will be required for a lifetime.The certificate is valid for one year from 16.03.2016. According to CSMA Rules, AMA cant prescribe for more than 10 days. After which he has to compulsorily refer the patient to a Govt hospital. Am confused sir. Please guide.
