    one of the staff in our office joined from State Govt office(after resignation from old post) was allotted a New PRAN after joining. How can he adjust his accumulated amount in the old PRAN a/c i.e. contributiion made in the old office ? I understand he should have been continued old PRAN after joining new assignment but unfortunately it was not done and a new PRAN has been allotted to him.

    Sir, Whether encashment of EL (10 days) availed on LTC (if LTC is availed with Casual leave) is deductible from Leave A/c? The sixth p.c. allowed Govt. servants to avail encashment of EL for the limit upto 60 days in Service Career in addition to 300 days(maximum) encashment at the time of retirement. But some offices are deducting the leave for encashment applied from Leave A/c. Kindly clarify.

    In Swamy's hand Book it showed that Special duty allowance is not admissible for continuous leave beyond 15 days and 30 days in a calender year. Now a doubt has arisen as to how to regulate the allowance when a Govt. servant proceeded on continuous leave for 31 days commenced from 18th December.The bill group has deducted SDA for 16 days since the leave availed was for continuous period of 31 days. But the Govt. servant expressed dissatisfaction over the regulation because she availed 14 days leave in the month of December i.e. from 18th and she desired that period of leave taken in December should not be calculated while regulating the allowance since it relates to 2011 Calender year.
    Please send your valuable advice.
    sir, i am working for Nehru yuva kendra sangathan a central autonomous body. there was problem of acp. the court case in cat is coming for final hearing on monday. can acp benefits be reckoned on sanctioned posts? for 565 employees 9accounts clerk cum typists 4000-100-6000 working throughout country in all districts 4 promotional posts(junior accountants 4500-125-7000) confined to hqrs at delhi were created. these posts were approved by ministry of finance in 2007. ACP was introduced on 16-5-2001.     Can u please confirm me whether the period of Maternity Leave counts for increment?

    The date of my increment in the pre-revised scale was 1st February and in view of this i m drawing less pay than my junior colleagues. I came to know that it was a point of discussion in the Anomaly Committee. Is there any development in the matter? Pl let me know. With regards

    Consequent upon implementation of 6th CPC, Govt. servants with GP of 5400 and above are entitled to travel by Air (on Tour as well as LTC) and by Air India only.But for the non-entitled officers viz. GP of 4800 & below , whether travel by Private Airlines is permissible? I like to mean if a govt. servant having GP of 4800 or below performs his journey on LTC/Tour by private airlines , whether his claims will be settled as per his entitlement i.e. AC-2 or 3 ?
