I am working as a Postal Assistant in Department of Posts, India since 20.04.1999 with educational qualifications of M. Sc (Physics) and M.Phil. Due to my qualifications I have applied so many jobs both scientific and administrative jobs through my employer i.e. Superintendent of Post Offices. In this connection I have received so many interview calls, but due to the local trade union politics, I haven't relieved for the attending the examinations and interviews, more over I haven't relieved for promotion test of Inspector of Posts Examination three times also.
How I can take legal action against the error officials? The rule position may be given? I need the help from the members that rule position of CCS rules and what type of legal action will be taken against the officials? Can I get any compensation for such torts committed by the Department officials? Please clarify the matter with all details .

Thanks for your suggestion about grading. My immediate senior has retired few years back.He has given good as my grading and has been kind enough to tell me that. But higher ups are wary of my doing better and were not able to digest the good things happeningi inspite of lower gradings in my CR.I was invited to give a lecture on Green technology and global warming by an environmentally active NGO.I was invited by a reputed medical college in Mumbai to give continuous medical education lecture on "environmental chemistry and human health".These activities fetched me aclaim and respect in the scientific community. The higher senior colleagues being narrow minded did the damage. regional bias also plays an important role in these institutions.Regards

    Respected Sir

This is to inform you, that I am the Diploma Engineer.
I need the information regarding under mentioned queries (Sl. No. 1. 2.) which will help me to get proper justice in my service life.
    1. Subordinate engineering cadres include holders of diploma in engineering (as mentioned in the recommendation of 6th CPC, Engineering Service, clause no. 3.4.5, page no. 186)
    2. Fifth CPC had recommended that all posts carrying minimum qualifications of diploma in engineering should be placed in the pay scale of Rs.5000/-8000/-. while this recommendation was accepted(as mentioned in the recommendation of 6th CPC, Engineering Service, clause no. 3.4.7, page no. 186) If the above recommendation was accepted so is there any Government order regarding the above mentioned recommendation?
Kindly provide me or help how will I get it?
    Thanking you.
