TO SENIOR MEMBER VICTOR ;;; PL CLARIFY THE FOLLWINGS :

IS there any restriction to give 100% share of GPF, DCRG AND CGEIGS of a central govt. employee to his minor son/ Daughter of his family member while submitting nomination paper / nominee for GPF, DCRG AND CGEIGS though his wife is alive and residing with him

There is no such restriction.

If the Govt. Servant has a family than the nomination has to be in favour of '"one or more members of his family".

All members of the "family" are, therefore, at par for this purpose. No special dispensation for spouse has been provided in the rules.

So you can nominate any one "one" member of your family for receiving the benefits, which means that 100% can go to that particular member of your "family'.

Please keep in mind the definition of "family" before making a nomination.

***** FOR SENIOR MEMBER "VICTOR' : Many thanks for the reply but it was not mentioned : 100% can go that member of my family even she is minor. SO you please clarify i.e. May I nominate to my minor daughter ( at present 15 years) for 100% share of my GPF and DCRG though my wife is alive and also residing with us
