The employee joined the service after the junior but senior in appointment panel in the same post will be allowed the one time increment order? For example if employee joins service in july but his junior joins in june but the later one is senior who has joined in july will he be entitled for one time increment being senior to him. If yes under which rule. Please advice

For stepping up financial seniority is considered not the administrative seniourity. In this case senior wont get any additinal advantage

The senior whose increment was due in July 2006 will not be covered under the One Time Increment Order.

As regards stepping up of pay, specific orders would need to be issued by DOPT/MOF to resolve anomalies in such cases.

Sir,
In such cases even before the implementation of 6th cpc ,the senior will get less pay at least for one month.so the one time increment is not the only reason for getting low pay for the senior.

Dear friend
The said situation do not constitute an anomaly. I fully agree with Shri Pathak. Senior will not get any benefit in this case.
