One of my friend has raised the following points on the above subject...!

"Cash handling allowance is not applicable to Group D staff from 1-8-2008. Now the cash handling allowance is applicable only to Cashier. Earlier the the Group D who assisting the Cashier will also get some benefits. After 6th Pay commission the facility is withdrawn. They are also Group C Staff and are enjoying all benefits of Group C. And also he stated that 6th pay commission has deleted the provision of cash handling allowance to Group D Staff. Revised FR&SR after 2009 and swami's Hand book after 2010 deleted this provision...

Is it correct Sir...??

kindly clarify...!
