hi friends
i am a central government employee.
i want to clarify about Home Town LTC that what is the meaning of Home Town LTC. it from Office place to Home and back only
Or/And
it can be from Home Town to Office and back also
if any office order is available then give me please ([email protected])

but as per 6 pay commission for dependent, only necessary condition is monthly income. and for dependent it is not necessary that dependents should stay with you.
then if dependents are living some where els then from where they should start journey if they wants to avail HOME TOWN LTC.
in my case they are at home town so they can not take H.T.LTC from home town to office place and back?

If your dependants are already staying at your home town, then they are obviously not entitled to the LTC facility to "visit" Home town.

However, you have an option to avail LTC facility to visit your Home Town every year (instead of once in 2 years). Further, under this option you will not be entitled to avail the LTC to visit anywhere in India.

Yes, the amount received as enashment of EL during LTC is taxable.

Visting kashmir no doubt a memorable experience(.) one can reach srinagar and from there visit gulmarg and pahalgam(.) if got time he can also visit leh(.) on way back he can also visit vaishno devi

now i want to know that can i take 2011 year Home Town LTC in year 2012? if yes then what i have to do?

From Station of posting to employees hometown which should be other city or more than 20 kms whichever is more

I would like to know if someone who has already availed A&N, NER & J&K by availing the facility of conversion of hometwon LTC to these places can avail the facility once more. In other words, if multiple visits are allowed as the recent circular on the same do not mention this clause.

There is no restriction on the number of visits to the same place.
