Dear Friend,

You are eligible for grant of Personal pay equal to the lowest rate of increment (`100) in the revised scale of pay(4000-100-6000) applicable at the time of undergoing sterilization. You may apply now justifying the reasons for delay along with the essential documents of certificate for grant of Family planning allowance. The personal pay can be sanctioned by the head of the office by issue of a suitable office order after satisfying himself that the conditions prescribed in the Ministry of Finance O.M dated 4.12.79 are satisfied for grant of Personal pay with retrospective effect (from the date of undergoing sterilization). Arrears of pay will be due to you. The FPA in your case will stand revised to `210 w.e.f. 01.09.2008 on implementation of SCPC recommendations.
