Mr. C Ray asked

I am entitled to LTC air as per the LTC-80 scheme. I want to go to Lakswadeep. However, the only flight connecting any island in Lakswadeep to the mainland is a Kingfisher flight. There is no Air India or Indian flight in this route. Given this will I be entitled to a reimbursement of the ticket prices for the Kingfisher flight under the LTC scheme?

I would appreciate any response clarifying the same.
