You have to purchase acrobat reader pro for that

its very simple
pdf is a format which doesn't support editing
advantage:suppose authority uploads da order in word format on its site which is editable
then anyone could change the percentage of da say from 35% to 38% etc
similarly tender forms and other vital documents can be downloaded and modified by editing and submitted leading to legal problems
more over the size of file becomes smaller leading to less use of memory
so thats the advantage of pdf

Sir,
Parts of texts can be copied and pasted on MS word. but some editiing and alignment of paragraphs are required. However, tables in pdf files are not allowed be copied and pasted to either word or excel formats. If one tries to do it, it would be pasted in ordinary text formats one below the other

Some Convertor Software is available from PDF to MS Word. U can download & convert it. itz somewhat useful.

There are a lot of online pdf to word converters are there. Some can be downloaded and in some converters you can convert the file online. Choose any one of them and convert it. It is very simple.
