Pl. clarify this:
A person works in a place outside his hometown. Hence he has 2 LTCs during block 2010-13. Now he converts one hometown LTC into NER LTC for the block 2010-11. For the Block 2012-13, can he visit anywhere in India.

Pl. clarify this.

Yes. we can convert one of our home town LTC blocks (consisting of two years say 2010-2011) as trip to NER and the other (that fall in 2012-2013) as All India LTC. Cheers!

this is applicable only if you have not already availed conversion facility to NER. Only one HTC conversion to LTC to NER is allowed
further the offer is now valid till 1st may 2012.
I have already availed this just recently.
Sikkim is very nice place in NER, i feel it is even better than kashmir specially north sikkim.
