    TAKE A WALK Every day and be healthy.
    Now a days more n more people are going for walk either in morning or evening. But many of them waste the benefit of such walking by chatting through out the period.
    One must always keep quiet and concentrate on breathing while having a walk.
    Never try to jog without expert opinion if any one has back problems.
    Play ur fm radio / mp3 in low volume if u use one while walking.

    Walking is considered to be the best exercise from all other exercise and is great for our health. In my opinion, walking is the best exercise for weight loss as well as to stay fit and fine.

    atleast 40 minutes walk is well appriciated and must if u are above 40 yrs
    atleast for 3 to 4 days in a week
    for diabatic it is must and also for bp patients
    stress releaving, mood changing and all the cheap exercise just u make up your mind to compulsary
    walk and have a nice day

    It is still better if you walk with deep breath and without any thought. In other words thoughtlessness and walk would do wonders to your health.

    Really, very good suggestion , after 40 years one needs 30-40 minutes medium to fast walking in order to avoid basic health problems as well as it gives very good energy from the nature, which known as " kick start" for a day. if possible followed by that it is suggested to do few breathing steps.
