Orders for resolving such issues where Level changes but no fixation was granted earlier under MACP, are yet to be issued. We will have to wait till such time orders are issued.

Sir,Namaste.I want one clarification. X got 3rd MACP in Nov-15in PB-2 GP-5400,his pay fixed on that date.Later in March-16 X got promotion to PB-3,GP5400.Here his can not be fixed as he already got MACP only benefit if any in pay can be given as per MACP rule. In 7 th CPC his pay fixed basing on the pay of 31.12.15 in level-9,for promotion in March his pay setted in Level-10 by giving corresponding pay of level-9.As usual annual increment given in july-16.I hope it is according to rule only.BUT LOCAL PAO IS NOT ACCEPTING THIS.As per MACP rule Gp5400 in PB-2 is different and PB-3 is different. What is benefit for Group-B to Group-A promotion. What is the correct procedure here.please send the mail to my mail Id:hima.z123@gmail.com.Thanking you

    Dear Victor Sir,
One of our employees went through angioplasty in Sept-12.
He started taking treatment from the AMA and the same was reimbursed to him.
On enquiry with our headquarters, it was stated orally that the treatment over a period of 10 days from AMA can be reimbursed if a certificate from the AMA is obtained stating that this requires prolonged treatment. The same was obtained.
Subsequently, an audit was conducted in our office where the audit team orally pointed out that a certificate may also be obtained from the CMO on the same lines of AMA to continue reimbursement to the official because the period was above 10 days.
The certificate from CMO was obtained, where it is stated that these medicines will be required for a lifetime. The certificate is valid for one year from 16.03.2016.
According to CSMA Rules, AMA cant prescribe for more than 10 days. After which he has to compulsorily refer the patient to a Govt hospital.
    Am confused sir. Please guide.

    Dear Sir
I would like to know if a suspended official can be permitted to apply for GPF part final payment and also if the Official can claim medical reimbursement under CGHS or AMA rules.

The order dated 18.6.2010 (http://ccis.nic.in/WriteReadData/Cir...stt.(A-IV).pdf) on the subject is not very clear on this issue.

    Good Afternoon Mr. Victor,

I am an LDC working in Central govt..
I plan to avail LTC to J&K(Vaishnodevi) by converting one block of Hometwon (2014-15).
My question is that as rail services have been started from Delhi/ various places to Vaishno devi, can flight be availed from Delhi/Amritsar to Jammu and onward journey by train to Vaishnodevi.

    Dear Darli

Please refer to first proviso to Rule 11(4) of GPF Rules, 1960 (http://persmin.nic.in/pension/rules_...960_230913.pdf) which reads as under:

"Provided that where the Accounts Officer has intimated to that person (or his agent) a date on which he is prepared to make payment in cash, or has posted a cheque in payment to that person, interest shall be payable only up to the end of the month preceding the date so intimated, or the date of posting the cheque, as the case may be:"

In my view you are entitled to interest up to October 2014.

    Sir,

I have served C. Govt. for 20 yrs from 03.09.92 to 09.10.12 and joined CG autonomous institution on 10.10.12 on tech. resignation with lien. My parent office has issued a lr dtd 08.11.12 informing to apply for pensionary benefits only after confirmation in the new post. hence, on confirmation, I requested to release my pensionary benefits. My previous Office forwarded my request to the HOD. Finally, on12.5.2014, HOD issued a lr. conveying sanction of the President for the permanent absorption and, pro-rata pensionary benefits as per rules CCS pension rules, 1972. Despite my repeated request, I have received application form from HOO only in Sept.14. I have received GPF amt. of 10 lakhs in November, 2014 only. But interest for GPF for two years was not given to me.

Please clarify, whether I am eligible for the GPF interest for these period?

Thank you very much for your reply,

    Darli
